Our food truck and Catering Services started as a passion project and dream of a Culinary expert / USN Veteran Steve " EL Jefe " Gómez with over 35 years of experience who wanted to share his love of food with the mountain community. This began the transition from the Corporate World to a business that would give back to the community by using local vendors and catering to the community needs. As my popularity grew, I decided to take the leap and start our own Food Truck / Catering / Personal Chef business.
